Refund and Cancellation Policy

TAC Healing Rise offers a 14-day refund period from the date of course enrollment. Refunds will be issued only if less than 25% of the course has been completed and no certificate of completion has been granted.

To request a refund, please email us or submit a request via the Contact Us page. Please note that digital downloads and completed certificate courses are non-refundable.

Course Access and Service Limitations

Our courses are self-paced and do not expire. Learners gain lifetime access to course materials, including video lessons, audiobooks, eBooks, workbooks, and student handouts.

Support is available via our support email and Contact Us form. These educational programs are designed for therapists, professionals, and families and may support personal or professional development, but do not replace individualized clinical care.

We adhere to the NBCC, ICF, and other recognized professional codes of ethics. TAC Healing Rise maintains a non-discrimination policy and a respectful, inclusive learning environment.

All learners are expected to behave ethically and respectfully in coaching calls, discussion spaces, and correspondence. Violations of conduct may result in restricted access or removal from the course.
